Ryan's story
Ryan joins LCE as Sites Manager following previous experience undertaking similar responsibilities within prestigious schools across the Oldham borough.
Bringing considerable knowledge of educational environments and site management, Ryan understands that the physical condition, organisation and functionality of a school can directly influence the experiences of the pupils and professionals working within it.
His contribution to LCE will extend significantly beyond the traditional responsibilities of site management. Ryan is passionate about mentoring young people and believes practical learning can provide pupils with invaluable skills, confidence and responsibility.
By involving pupils in practical projects and aspects of maintaining and improving our environments, Ryan intends to provide authentic opportunities through which they can develop employability skills, teamwork, independence and pride in their surroundings.
