Provision built around agreed outcomes

Pupils with an Education, Health and Care Plan receive provision that is carefully planned, consistently delivered and aligned with their agreed outcomes. Support is embedded across the school day and reviewed to ensure it remains effective and appropriate.

Outcomes we work towards

Reviewing progress and outcomes

Monitored, reviewed, adapted

Progress towards EHCP outcomes is monitored regularly through assessment, observation and review. We contribute fully to annual reviews and work closely with families, local authorities and professionals to adapt provision as pupils’ needs develop.

  • Regular review of support and adjustments based on individual need.
  • Progress monitored across learning, wellbeing and emotional regulation.
  • Ongoing communication to inform next steps and planning.

SEND support without an EHCP

Does a pupil need an EHCP?

No. Where needs are identified, provision is put in place promptly and reviewed regularly, ensuring all pupils have access to the support they need to engage, progress and thrive.

Every local authority publishes a Local Offer explaining the SEND support available in its area.
