EHCP Support at LCE Academy

Pupils with an Education, Health and Care Plan receive provision that is carefully planned, consistently delivered and aligned with their agreed outcomes. Support is embedded across the school day and reviewed to ensure it remains effective and appropriate.

Reviewing Progress & Outcomes

Progress towards EHCP outcomes is monitored regularly through assessment, observation and review. We contribute fully to annual reviews and work closely with families, local authorities and professionals to adapt provision as pupils’ needs develop.

SEND Support Without an EHCP

Pupils do not need an EHCP to receive SEND support. Where needs are identified, provision is put in place promptly and reviewed regularly, ensuring all pupils have access the support they need to engage, progress and thrive.
