About Me

Krystian is an experienced, dynamic, and innovative educational headteacher and senior leader, with a solid history of achievement working within pupil referral units, SEMH and special education.

Krystian enjoyed an inspirational and positively enjoyable educational experience as a pupil, culminating in him earning the accolade of Head Boy in his final year at Hollingworth Academy, Rochdale. Whilst achieving a strong range of GCSE qualifications, Krystian passionately believes that it was his exposure to extra-curricular and enrichment opportunities that really developed his strength of character and emotional intelligence.

Upon leaving school, Krystian enjoyed professional status in football and music prior to working in education. Realising the importance of further education, he continued to study part-time alongside his early careers, securing a 2:1 degree, graduating from Liverpool John Moores University prior to completing his teacher training.

With substantial experience within education including mainstream primary and secondary, PRU and special education, further complimented by over ten years in school governance across three educational settings, Krystian has an unwavering commitment to pupil-centred approaches, to ensure every child has access to an educational environment in which they can achieve, excel and flourish.

Krystian founded Life Changing Education Ltd to create a collaborative alternative provision, in which we can transform the life aspirations and skills for the pupils we work with. Education has a duty to support pupils in their journey towards further education and employment, and should incorporate academic progress alongside supporting pupils knowledge of the world, industry awareness and
exposure, and physical and mental well-being.
