Values & Ethics
Our Values and Ethics provision encourages pupils to thoughtfully explore moral principles, personal values, and ethical decision-making within a supportive and respectful environment. Through discussion, reflection, and real-life scenarios, pupils are guided to consider the impact of their choices on themselves and others. This programme supports the development of integrity, empathy, and responsibility, helping pupils to make informed, respectful, and ethical decisions that positively influence their behaviour, relationships, and role within the wider community.
Community & Charity
Our Community and Charity programme encourages pupils to actively engage with their local and wider communities through volunteering, fundraising, and charitable initiatives. By participating in meaningful projects, pupils develop empathy, compassion, and a sense of social responsibility, learning the value of giving back and supporting others. The programme fosters teamwork, leadership, and communication skills while highlighting the positive impact that individuals can make. Through these experiences, pupils cultivate a strong sense of citizenship and an understanding of their role in contributing to a fairer, more connected society.
Our Belonging and Respect provision focuses on creating a positive, inclusive school culture where every pupil feels valued, supported, and connected. Through collaborative activities, shared responsibilities, and guided discussions, students develop a strong sense of purpose and learn to appreciate and respect the perspectives, rights, and contributions of others.
